Realistic Data Generator supports five locales, each with culturally accurate data tailored to its region’s conventions.

Names: Drawn from a list inspired by INSEE birth statistics (most common French first names by decade) combined with a corpus of French family names. Examples: Marie Dupont, Jean-Pierre Martin.

Addresses: Follow the Base Adresses Nationale (BAN) format:

Phone numbers: Mobile format — 06 XX XX XX XX or 07 XX XX XX XX.

Admin ID — SIRET: 14-digit number following the SIRET structure (9-digit SIREN + 5-digit NIC). Entirely fictional — not Luhn-valid against a real company registry.


Names: Based on the US Census most-common first names and surnames list. Examples: James Johnson, Emily Williams.

Addresses: Standard US format:

Phone numbers: North American Numbering Plan format — (512) 555-0147.

Admin ID — SSN: Social Security Number format XXX-XX-XXXX. Entirely fictional — area numbers are chosen to avoid real valid ranges.


Names: Inspired by Destatis (German Federal Statistical Office) popular name lists. Examples: Hans Müller, Anna Schneider.

Addresses: German postal format:

Phone numbers: International format with +49 country code — +49 30 12345678.

Admin ID — Steuernummer: Format varies by Bundesland (e.g., 21/815/08150 for Bayern). Entirely fictional.


Names: Based on the INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística) popular name corpus. Examples: Carlos García, María López.

Addresses: Spanish format:

Phone numbers: +34 6XX XXX XXX (mobile).

Admin ID — DNI: 8 digits followed by a control letter calculated algorithmically using the official modulo-23 formula. Entirely fictional — digits are random.


Names: Drawn from a corpus of common Japanese surnames and given names in kanji with romaji fallback. Examples: 田中 太郎 (Tanaka Tarō), 鈴木 花子 (Suzuki Hanako).

Addresses: Two formats available:

  • Japanese postal format: 〒100-0001 東京都千代田区丸の内1丁目
  • Romaji format: 1-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0001

Major cities included: 東京 (Tokyo), 大阪 (Osaka), 京都 (Kyoto), 横浜 (Yokohama), 名古屋 (Nagoya).

Phone numbers: Japanese mobile format — 090-XXXX-XXXX.

Admin ID — MyNumber: 12-digit Individual Number (マイナンバー). Entirely fictional — does not follow the real check-digit algorithm.
